Employee of the Month: Jo

The Resident Council has proudly selected Jo Walling as our Employee of the Month for May. Jo has served as an SRNA at Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center since 2018, and she has become someone both residents and staff know they can count on. Whether lending a helping hand during a busy moment or simply offering compassionate care, Jo is always willing to step up when needed. During Resident Council, residents shared that they can always count on Jo to provide the best quality of care when she is working. They spoke highly of the way she goes above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable, cared for, and treated with kindness and respect. Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her children, especially her grandson as she embraces her new role as “Mormor” (Grandma). She also enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her boyfriend and her dogs. Jo says her favorite part of working at Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is making sure residents are well taken care of and getting the opportunity to know each of them personally.
