Employee of the Month: Karen

Oh, how we love our sweet, spunky Karen. Karen started her career at Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in our housekeeping department and soon took the leap to become a nursing assistant. Karen always has a smile on her face and a kind word for her colleagues. When Karen isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. During resident council, a council member shared, “She knows what she’s doing! You never see her stop working and she always has a smile on her face.” Karen, we appreciate you more than you know. Congratulations on being named this month’s Employee of the Month!
