Employee of the Month – LeAndrea Farthing

Please join us in celebrating LeAndrea Farthing, our wonderful Full-Time Activity Assistant, as our Employee of the Month!

LeAndrea has been a valued member of our Activities Department for nearly two years. During her time with us, she has made a lasting impact on our residents through her patience, kindness, and genuine compassion. Our Resident Council had so many wonderful things to say about LeAndrea, especially how she makes each resident feel seen, heard, valued, and loved.

Outside of the facility, LeAndrea enjoys spending time with her children and grandchild, relaxing on her porch, attending church, and making memories with her family in the pool.

We are so thankful for everything LeAndrea brings to our residents and our Activities Department. Congratulations, LeAndrea! We appreciate you and all that you do!
