Employee of the Month: Tabitha Stepp

Congratulations to Tabitha Stepp for being voted Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center’s Employee of the Month! Tabitha has only been a nurse at our center for a few months, but it seems like she’s been here forever. She has been a nurse for 10 years and received her BSN from Eastern in 2010. She has three kids and has been married to her husband, Robert for 14 years. She recently purchased a boutique on Main St. in Irvine and in her spare time enjoys working there, reading, swimming, and spending time with her family. Tabitha says that her favorite thing about being a nurse is being able to show love and compassion to another human being and hopefully bring a smile to their face. Tabitha has been a true blessing to INRC and we are so glad that she is now a part of Team Irvine. Thank you for all you do!
