Employee of the Month: Karen B

Our Resident Council has spoken, and Karen B. is December’s Employee of the Month! Karen has been a dedicated employee of Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation for years and can be found working as a CNA on east side most days. During her time away from the facility, Karen enjoys time with her three grandchildren, children, and husband. When nominated for employee of the month, the residents stated that they love it when Karen is working because she really takes her time, makes sure her job is done correctly, and they feel well taken care of. We are so thankful to have Karen as part of the INRC team. Congratulations and keep up the good work!
