Employee of the Month: Michael K.

Congratulations to Michael K.—or as many of us know him, Mikey—our June Employee of the Month! Michael is known for his uplifting spirit, infectious smile, and dedication to our residents. He started at INRC just over a year ago in the Activities Department and now serves as a State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA), continuing to bring joy and compassion to everyone he meets. From dancing during activities to going the extra mile in his care, Mikey’s presence makes a real difference. One resident council member summed it up best: “He’s a cool dude with a good attitude and a smile for everyone.” When he’s not at work making our days brighter, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and close friends. Thank you, Mikey, for all you do. We’re so lucky to have you as part of the INRC family!
