Wound Care Program

INRC has been certified by Vohra Wound Physicians as a Center of Excellence for Wound Management. Only 10% of Vohra’s skilled nursing facility partners have qualified for this annual certification. In 2018, 100% of all short-term patients admitted to our wound care program have successfully discharged home! We have a team of wound certified nurses on staff providing treatments seven days a week. We understand that wound care must be a comprehensive approach with our physicians, therapists, and dietician. We are the only in-patient nursing facility in Estill County skilled in managing wound vacs and specialty dressings.
