Cooking Club Fun!

Irvine Nursing and Rehab resident, E.W. eating "Dirt Pudding" for dessert.

Our residents have been having a wonderful time participating in Cooking Club here at Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center! This hands-on activity gives residents the chance to get involved in the kitchen, share memories, and enjoy some delicious homemade treats together.

Recently, residents whipped up some classic fried bologna sandwiches, filling the room with the comforting smell of a favorite old-fashioned meal. On another day, the group had fun making dirt pudding, layering pudding, crushed cookies, and gummy worms to create a sweet treat that was just as fun to make as it was to eat.

Cooking Club continues to be a favorite activity, bringing residents together to laugh, reminisce, and enjoy the simple joy of cooking and sharing food with friends. We look forward to many more tasty creations in the months ahead!
