Employee of the Month

We are proud to recognize Dakota Canter, our Admissions Coordinator, as this month’s Employee of the Month! Dakota has served in the Admissions role for over a year, and during that time she has played an important part in welcoming new residents and families to Irvine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center with compassion and professionalism.

Dakota’s journey with our facility began several years ago when she started her career here as a CNA. Through hard work and dedication, she continued to grow within our team, serving in both Central Supply and Social Services, before stepping into her current role in Admissions. Her experience in multiple departments gives her a unique understanding of our residents’ needs and the care we strive to provide every day.

Outside of work, Dakota enjoys spending time with her husband, Jakob, and their two-year-old son, Levi. She loves making memories with her sisters, niece, and nephew, cherishing the time she gets to spend with family.

We are incredibly thankful to have Dakota on our team and appreciate the dedication, kindness, and positive energy she brings to our facility each day.
